Please have your team name, team roster, jersey numbers, and team captain contact information ready before beginning this registration form.

 

One person may register for the entire team, however, every team member must agree to the waiver on the registration form. Team payment must be made either online or via check in full no later than 48 hours after registering and/or by January 8th at 11:59 pm (whichever comes first). Without paying, your registration is incomplete. After receipt of payment, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

• Saturday, Basketball Matches will start at 9 am at Wilson Gym (Gym Directions and Parking)

• Sunday, Flag Football Matches will start at 8 am on Hooker Fields (Driving Directions and Parking) 

 

• When using the online payment system, please remember to use the same email address on the payment screen as you used on the registration form.

• ​Please remind each team member to bring photo I.D's to the tournament. 

• No refunds will be given. Make sure to read through all the rules, procedures, and regulations before registering.

• Payments can be made via PayPal or by check made out to  "UNC MSA." If writing a check, please put Sportsfest in the memo. All checks must be RECEIVED by January 3rd for regular registration. Please mail all checks to:

• Men's Registration Fees

  • Early Registration ends on December 31st

    • Player playing only one sport- $15

    • Player playing two sports- $20

  • Regular Registration ends on January 8th

    • Player playing only one sport- $20

    • Player playing two sports- $25

• Women's Registration Fees

  • Early Registration ends on December 31st

    • Player playing only one sport- $10

    • Player playing two sports- $15

  • Regular Registration ends on January 8th

    • Player playing only one sport- $15

    • Player playing two sports- $20

• Any payments made after the regular registration period (January 8th at 11:59 pm) will be subject to a $20 late registration fee. There will be NO LATE FEE for Women's Basktball or Flag football. 

• Roster limit is 13 per sport. If your team is playing 2 sports, there may be no more than 22 players on the combined roster. 

• Final rosters are due by  January 8th at 11:59 pm. Any changes made to rosters during this time should be emailed to uncmsa@gmail.com with your team name as the subject of the email.
