Please have your team name, team roster, jersey numbers, and team captain contact information ready before beginning this registration form.

 

One person may register for the entire team, however, every team member must agree to the waiver on the registration form. Early registration for teams is both men's and women's teams is November 10th at 11:59 pm. The early registration fee per person for women is $10, while for men it is $15. Team payment must be made either online or via check in full no later than 48 hours after registering and/or by November 17th at 11:59 pm (whichever comes first). Without paying, your registration is incomplete. After receipt of payment, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

• When using the online payment system, please remember to use the same email address on the payment screen as you used on the registration form.

• ​Please remind each team member to bring photo I.D's to the tournament. 

• No refunds will be given. Make sure to read through all the rules, procedures, and regulations before registering.

• Payments can be made via PayPal or by check made out to  "UNC MSA." If writing a check, please put Soccer Classic in the memo. All checks must be RECEIVED by November 17th. Please mail all checks to:

• The first 8 men's team to register are guaranteed a spot in the tournament.

• Players cannot simultaneously be members of a professional, university, or club team.

• Final rosters are due by November 19th at 11:59 pm. Any changes made to rosters during this time should be emailed to uncmsa@gmail.com with your team name as the subject of the email. Please remember that you cannot change your roster after your team has played the first game.

 

By registering your team, you agree to the following:
"I, as the coach or captain registering this team, hereby acknowledge that my team and I (hence referred to as "we") have read all rules and regulations of the MSA sports tournaments that are held at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We agree to abide by these rules throughout our participation in MSA Soccer Classic. All participating members of my team, including any coaches and spectators, understand that the UNC-Chapel Hill Muslim Students Association and its members, volunteers, and officials cannot be held liable for any personal injury sustained during the tournament. We also waive the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, its facilities, its officials, and its personnel of liability for any personal damages we may incur during the tournament. Further, we agree to compensate UNC-Chapel Hill and/or the MSA for any damages to property we cause during our involvement in the MSA Soccer Classic."
